We stand by our word. Nothing but the best here at QUIN NIMBLE, yet we understand that not every purchase will work & returns are sometimes needed. We are here to make your return process as easy as possible.
Quin Nimble has a 30-DAY NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED RETURN POLICY wherein can return a product within 30 days from the delivery date. In such cases, we will gladly offer you a refund, replacement, or some store credit.
All items have to be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, & smoke and perfume free condition with no makeup or deodorant stains.
You’ll have to cover postal charges yourself, be sure to mark your parcel as “returned goods” to avoid being charged additional duties.
Always ask for a tracking number/proof of shipping to track your parcel and as proof.
Once we've received the returned items, we can then process the refund back to the account that was used to make the purchase originally.
Non-returnable/non-refundable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect items purchased, items in good condition, items delivered incorrectly, or items damaged through customer mishandling.
We at Quin Nimble always ensure that each and every parcel that we send out are packed properly to withstand the wear and tear of international shipping. Should the parcel be damaged during transit, or the item received is defective or you believe something is missing from your order please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach photos/videos of the damage so we can help you out right away.
Once your returned parcel has been received and inspected, a refund request will then be processed and you'll be notified via email about it.
Once approved, the credit will automatically be applied to the account used to make the initial purchase and the turnaround time will vary according to your payment merchant.
It may take some time before your refund is fully processed, but you can always check back with us or check directly with your bank for confirmation.
We have a 24-hour Cancellation Process in place. You can cancel the order within that 24-HOUR period, prior to us sending the order out for fulfillment, otherwise, you will have to wait for your item to arrive then return it to us thereafter for a refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for items on sale.
